Klaviyo exports email, SMS, push and WhatsApp campaign analytics in one CSV, with a new column set

What changed

Klaviyo's October 2026 roundup (Oct 27) adds a single export for campaign analytics across email, SMS, push and WhatsApp. From the Campaigns tab, open the menu next to View library and pick Export analytics, then choose a date range, filter by tag or channel, and optionally include A/B test variation rows. Exports stay under Settings > Other > Downloads for 30 days. The old one-channel export is still there as Export analytics (legacy). Klaviyo warns the new file doesn't promise the same columns as before, and the Help Center now lists the full column set in order.

What to do

If a monthly report, sheet or Power Query reads Klaviyo exports, compare the new column list with what you pull today before switching. Keep using the legacy export until your report works with the new file.
