Shopify checkout can collect WhatsApp marketing consent
What changed
You can now capture WhatsApp marketing opt-ins at checkout from Checkout settings. Shopify Forms got the same option in August.
What to do
If you're adding WhatsApp as a channel, turn on the checkbox and route consent to your messaging platform.
