What changed
On August 24, 2026, Shopify Managed Markets stopped supporting DDU wherever it supports DDP. Markets that used DDU moved to DDP automatically, so customers pay duties and taxes at checkout.
What to do
Check international landed prices and conversion since Aug 24. Duties now show at checkout, which can change cart abandonment.
