Customer Lifecycle Strategy can now exclude past purchasers automatically
What changed
When an ad set is set to "Acquire new customers," Meta now offers an automatically created exclusion: customers from your conversion data, meaning people who fired a purchase event, over a 730, 180, 90, 60 or 30-day window. You no longer have to supply a custom audience to exclude existing customers.
What to do
On acquisition campaigns, compare the automatic exclusion window with your own customer lists, and pick the window that matches your repurchase cycle.
