Commerce Order Management API shuts down on every version Oct 27, with no replacement

What changed
Checkout directly on Facebook and Instagram Shops has been sunset, so Meta is deprecating the Commerce Order Management API: 47 endpoints covering orders, payments, refunds, shipments and returns. Calls on v26.0+ have been blocked since July 29, and the endpoints are removed from all versions on October 27, 2026. Meta says no replacement API is available.
What to do
If your store or an app syncs native Facebook or Instagram Shop orders, confirm what breaks on Oct 27 and move buyers to website checkout.
