"Reply to Keywords" sends an automatic DM when someone comments a keyword on your ad
What changed
Some advertisers see a Conversations option at the ad level. You define up to five keywords, and when someone uses one in a comment on your ad, they get an automated private message that can include a link, phone number or email. The previews suggest it works on Instagram placements.
What to do
Useful for comment-to-DM offers, like "comment GUIDE." Test it on ads that already draw a lot of comments.
