Google Ads adds an All Conversions tab that lists every conversion action and its settings in one table

What changed

Google Ads is rolling out Goals > Conversions > All Conversions, which goes straight to the full table of conversion actions instead of grouping them by category. Search Engine Land reports it shows tracking status, counting method (one vs. every), click-through and view-through windows, whether each action is in account-level goals, repeat rate, last seen and attribution details such as data-driven attribution eligibility, with customizable columns. It was spotted by Thomas Eccel and is appearing in a growing number of accounts. Greg Finn notes primary vs. secondary isn't shown by default; add the Action optimization column.

What to do

Use it for a quick conversion audit before Black Friday: add the Action optimization column, save the column set, and look for duplicate purchase actions, mismatched click windows (7 vs. 30 vs. 90 days) and secondary actions that should be primary, or the other way round.
