Google Ads asset scheduling now takes day ranges like weekdays or weekends, and one asset can have several schedules
What changed
Under Advanced options, Asset scheduling in Google Ads now lets you pick day ranges, such as All days, Mondays to Fridays or Saturdays to Sundays, instead of setting one day and time at a time, and you can add multiple schedules to the same asset. It was spotted by Bia Camargo on LinkedIn and reported by Search Engine Roundtable on Nov 3; Google hasn't announced it.
What to do
Useful for BFCM: schedule your sale sitelinks, callouts or promotion assets for the Black Friday weekend and Cyber Monday in fewer steps, and set them to stop when the offer ends so expired offers don't serve. Check that asset schedules don't conflict with your campaign ad schedule.
