TikTok Shop Brand LIVE Impact credits livestreams with sales up to 14 days later, including Pixel-tracked orders on your own website

What changed

TikTok Shop published a guide for Brand LIVE Impact, a new Brand Analytics module in Seller Center for US A1, A2 and allowlisted brand merchants. It reports deduplicated LIVE reach, new customers in four tiers (new to LIVE, shop, brand or platform) and LIVE long-term GMV, which adds four parts: direct sales in the live room, indirect same-shop purchases within 24 hours, onsite spillover (purchases through product cards, videos and carousels within 14 days) and offsite spillover (purchases on the brand's own website within 14 days, which needs a bound Pixel). Figures keep updating for 14 days after a stream ends and are final only on a "Mature Date". TikTok warns that shops sharing one Pixel can double count, and its Live Diagnosis tool still uses a 24-hour window, so the same stream can show two sales figures. There's no incrementality testing, and paid LIVE traffic isn't separated.

What to do

If you run TikTok LIVE from your own brand accounts, wait 14 days after a stream before judging it, and don't compare a 14-day LIVE number with a 1-day or 7-day number from Meta or Google. If several shops share one website Pixel, expect double counting in offsite spillover. For holiday streams, a stream ending on Black Friday (Nov 27) won't have final numbers until Dec 11.
