Klaviyo Composer can edit your Shopify store: prices, discount codes and more, without leaving Klaviyo
What changed
Klaviyo's What's New (dated Nov 2) says you can ask Composer to make changes in Shopify, "from prices to discount codes," so store updates happen in the same chat as campaign work. It sits alongside other Nov 2–4 Composer adds: conversation sharing with workspace members, reminders that reopen the same chat, and downloadable slide-deck artifacts. Changes still go through Composer's approval cards before they land.
What to do
If you connect Shopify to Composer, set clear rules with whoever owns the catalog on which price and coupon edits Composer may propose, and always review the approval card before accepting. Start with a non-production discount code or a draft price change to see what it touches.
